Autumn Cacao Ceremony in woods - Healing & Heart opening - London

Join us for a Woodland Cacao ceremony on the night of Autumn Equinox and during the actual hour when Sun arrives in Libra!

We create sacred space using Sage smudging & elements calling. The Cacao drink is heated and prepared in the circle with drumming & Goddess chants (see bottom for chants); Once intentions are set, we sip the cacao in silence. During this time, each person's Heart chakra is activated with Singing Bowls (heart frequency). Intention is set and Cacao is drunk in silence. Allowing for Cacao to work, we begin some deeper magical work with mantra chants for 7 chakras. Finally we settle down for a guided pathworking / Journey.. (bring blankets to cover as you will be laying down to relax for this journey). Followed by closing chakras, and some light picnic food to ground our selves - before packing up and leaving the woods.

Cacao drinking in a ritual circle, is an old tribal practice. It can be seen as a herbal drink that works gently in heartcentre and energy openings in people. It takes time to work, and initial effects ar subtle. It's effects can include a good feeling of wellness, connection, love, gratitude, mindfullness, positivity. So starting with groundedness, stillness, and balance is importrant in orderto feel its effects.

Due to the cooking pot size (and hence the number of full cups of cacao we can provide for each person), attendee numbers are strictly limited to 13 attendees only,

Fee: £13 via Eventbrite;

Venue: Queen's Wood (nearest Tube: High Gate). These deeper ritual circles are held in a public woods, with rough terrain, and in natural weather conditions . It is not always suitable for everyone.

--These are evening rituals in woods, win semi-darkness, under wet or dry conditions, with insects about. So please do come fully prepared as follows!--

• Mani (Facilittor) will meet & collect you, and lead all attendees into the woods, to a chosen ritual space, where the Cacao ceremony will commence.

What to bring

Essential

• Torch light for safe walking in woods at night.
• Extra warm clothing, blanket to cover (for Journey time),
• rain-coat, good outdoor shoes or boots, ankle covered socks!
• Small ground sheet, cushion or blanket to sit/ lay on.

Optional-

• Ritual clothing you may like to wear.
• Drums, rattles, percursion musical instruments
• Note books
• Lanterns / candles
• your own crystals & talismans to keep with you for journey.
• Your own Cup to drink Cacao from. (we provide reusuable cups).

About the Organiser :Mani is an author, teacher, initiated Witch & High Priest, with 30yrs of Wicca & magical experiences. Since 2004, he has been working more and more in Woods, with rituals, covens and workshop. Mani has a Physics B.Sc degree, training in Transpersonal Psychology & counselling, and blends some Hindu & Shamanic practices into pagan rituals.
