Yoga in its true essence means union.
Yoga is a revealing of our truest nature, a union of our body, mind and spirit.
We will run 2 restorative and enriching yoga workshops during the day.
“Finding your true Centre”
Feeling strong and centred, yet without tension is the key to a strength that’s more sustainable.
We will nourish our centre through gentle and deep core work, energy awareness practices and mindful grounding yoga.
Autumn is the time for the vata dosha in Ayurveda so finding steady stability is particularly supportive during transitions.
Our true centre lands in the Heart
You will receive an introduction to a powerful heart meditation.
“Immunity and renewal”
The meridians are channels that lead from the the internal organs all the way to the extremities. Using the philosophy of TCM we will tonify and clear the pathways through hold and release yin yoga, self acupressure and self meridian massage.
We will focus on the lungs and large intestines for the season of autumn and the concept of strong lung ki for immunity and the quality of release for renewal.
Not only a culinary experience will be provided, but also raw food demonstrations will be provided on the day, to give you ideas and inspirations for healthy habits at home.
