Before immersing yourself in the healing sounds, we will guide you through a simple Autumn Ritual:
Write something you are ready to let go of.
Place the paper under your yoga mat.
Allow the vibrations of the crystal and Tibetan singing bowls to support you in your release and renewal.
This intentional act, combined with the soothing resonance of the sound, creates a powerful container for transformation.
Then, at the end of the session, you will take this paper and burn it or bury it in your home, if you wish.
✨ What to expect
A warm, candlelit atmosphere, filled with the magic of autumn.
Guided intention setting and releasing ritual (5 minutes).
Immersive Sound Bath with crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, bells, and a rain stick (45 minutes).
Gentle grounding and closure (10 minutes).

Sound baths are usually favorable for most people but there may be some exceptions such as the following: -
📚It is okay for adults and young people, but not for small children.
📚If you don't like high-pitched sounds
📚 If you're not sure if this is right for you
📚If you have a high degree of tinnitus or sensitivity to loud sounds
📚 If you have any medical devices that can be disruptive to these sounds
📚 If you have sound-sensitive epilepsy
📚 If you are in the first trimester of pregnancy
📚If you are pregnant and your doctor has advised against it.
