Join us for this super special event to celebrate the Autumn Equinox, or Mabon, as the turn of the wheel moves us gently into Autumn. Where the day and night share equal length, emphasising balance between light and dark. The Equinox is a time for appreciating the harvest where we gather and stock up for the colder months ahead. This is such a beautful time of year as all that moves and is, changes to give way to the next season. The leaves fall , the air becomes bitter sweet, the birds gather up their belongings and make their way to sunnier climes.
As the universe would have it this event is also on the New Moon which is in Virgo. We have done a few New Moon Ceremonies recently and due to having so much fun we have decided to carry them on. New moons are great for setting intentions for the month ahead, guiding us to decide what we want to create, manifest, and where to direct our energy for autumn.
We will be out in nature connecting with the elements around grandfather fire and Mama Cacao in sacred space, a beautiful plant medicine to help us with our intentions and what it is we need to see. We are doing this to form community, to share, to drum, to sing, to be the witness of being in the present moment with kindred spirits in the great outdoors.
`Mama Cacao to open our heart and help us understand ourselves and with connecting to the wonderful plant medicine we will journey and ask her for guidance as we set intentions around new beginnings, growth, and transformation..
This is a morning event to bring a difference to our ususal ceremonies and as usual the emphasis of this event is CHILL - this is going to be a relaxed where you just turn up wearing what you want with cushions and blankets an all and let go.
We will be outside but there will also be a bell tent we can use if the weather spirits wish it.

MEDICATION USE
It is always best to consult with a health advisor about all drugs and supplements you are using or considering, prior to the consumption of cacao.
Cacao works with the heart & blood vessels.
If you have a serious heart condition it’s inadvisable to consume cacao. If you have a less serious heart condition, you may be able to take a small dose however, you do so at your own risk.
Please avoid consuming cacao if you are taking high doses of SSRIs. Cacao releases serotonin, so it works as a mild antidepressant. When taken with SSRIs that releaseerotonin chemically it can potentially lead to serotonin syndrome.
If in any doubt, please seek medical advice before taking Ceremonial Cacao and if you choose to have Cacao you do so at your own risk.
