About this event
As the sun stands in perfect balance with the dark, we gather to honour the Autumn Equinox—a sacred pause between light and dark, a moment of balance, reflection, and abundance.
This is a time to root deeply, to honour the seeds that manifested their promise, and to trust the quiet power of decay as a source of future nourishment.
We welcome you into a heart-warming space— a sanctuary where we attune to the rhythm of the seasons, and the rhythm of your own heartbeat, body, and soul, in harmony with Mother Earth’s frequency.
- We welcome the breath, and movement that returns us to our temple—our body— as we open our skin to touch, and feel.
- We welcome imagination and creativity, inviting the inner child who reminds us how to be playful
- We welcome the sound of the drum, and our voices—no matter how we think they sound
- We welcome our waters to unite through beautiful ceremony that help us to stay grounded and present.
- You are welcome to sing, to listen, to simply be.
- We welcome the sharing space, where we can safely express what we feel, and witness the power of storytelling and oracle cards that guide us.
As we practice non-judgmental and attentive listening, we invite you to offer advice and feedback only when asked.
And if we notice judgment arising—toward ourselves or others— we meet it with compassion. This is a natural process.Self-love and care are essential companions on this process
Come. Experience yourself.
This is an invitation to turn inward - through self-reflection - while nurturing connection, community, and co-creative synergy.
Many blessings
