About this event

We will be at the clophill centre, a beautiful place tucked away form the city business.

We start the evening with welcome and introductions, followed by movement to connect with your body ( depending what feels right for the energy on the day) either a dance, shaking followed by restorative yoga before surrendering into a healing tibetan bowl soundbath. We end the session with a tea ceremony with meditation and breathwork.

Arrival at 6:30pm and finish 9:30pm.
