Please join us for a deeply relaxing Sound Bath with Gongs and Drums. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, eye mask, blanket, and water to drink. Arrive 5 minutes early.

Please be punctual: Gong bath is from 17:00hrs to 18:00hrs. Doors will be closed at 16:55, and latecomers will not be permitted once started.

We will be there setting up before, please come in early to get your space and settle.

What to bring: Please leave your personal belongings at home or in your car. Please bring a yoga/floor mat, a pillow, an eye mask and a blanket and additional supports if you need them for lying on the floor, e.g. for under your knees. Wear comfortable clothes, PJs, and onesies are welcome. Bring some water to drink. Some people like to bring their crystals.

What happens: Come with no expectations and an open mind, and you will love it!

We welcome you with love, invite you to lie on a yoga mat, get comfortable, and we will guide you into a relaxed state, then play our beautiful healing gongs and percussion to give you an amazing journey of relaxation. At the end of the gong bath is a period of silence, 'Shuniya' meaning the void or emptiness, where we allow the gong vibrations to finish and your body to settle into a feeling of peace

Cancellation policy: Tickets are booked online through Time2Breathe. By purchasing, you accept these terms and conditions.

Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or re-booked, unless the event is cancelled by us.

If the event is cancelled, we will arrange a refund within 21 days from the date of the event, without the Eventbrite fee.
