Gather in community to create your own wild-foraged Elderberry Elixir in a ceremonial setting.
Together, we will honour the Elder and our innate healing wisdom, and embrace the rebalancing energy of this quarter-point feast, as we set our intentions for the new season.
In this workshop you will learn how to forage for Elderberry and make your own fresh and personalised Elderberry Elixir to take home with you. We will also come together in circle to celebrate the Equinox through meditation, ritual, music and sharing.

Elderberry is an ancient herbal medicine used in the prevention and treatment of cold and flu-like illnesses and is widely effective and well tolerated by most individuals, but please use your own discrimination and consult your doctor if you have an chronic conditions or underlying illnesses and have any concerns.
