About this event
As the light begins to wane and the leaves start to turn, we invite you to join us for a nurturing afternoon retreat to honour the shift into autumn.
WE HAVE HAD TO CHANGE OUR VENUE LAST MINUTE AS THE ORIGINAL VENUE HAS COME APART! NOW HOLDING AT THE BEAUTIFUL YOGA ON THE LAKE IN CRAWLEY.
This gathering is NOW OPEN TO MORE GUESTS TO JOIN—a sacred space to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with yourself and the natural rhythm of the seasons.
Together, we’ll move gently through a curated journey of energising pilates, a restorative yoga flow, and a deeply nourishing sound bath, inviting balance as we transition from the outward energy of summer to the softer, more reflective pace of autumn.
We’ll also be joined by Maddie from Yin Space, who will offer a short talk on the wellness benefits of acupuncture, along with the opportunity to receive ear seeds—tiny acupuncture ear seeds placed on specific points to support inner harmony, regulation, and grounding.
Nourishing seasonal snacks and refreshments will be provided, and you’ll have time to relax, reflect, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
This is a space to honour the turning of the wheel—to meet yourself with softness, intention, and care.
About Your Hosts
Jessica Harland
Jessica is a Sound Alchemist, Healer, Yoga Guide, Ceremonial Priestess, and founder of reform. Her work is rooted in a deep love of music, movement, nature, and the healing power of ritual. What began as a personal journey of self-healing through emotional and spiritual challenges evolved into a path of service—supporting others to reconnect with themselves and the cycles of life.
Blending sound therapy, yoga, meditation, and seasonal ceremony, Jessica creates spaces that invite rest, reflection, and transformation. Through reform, she offers immersive experiences, community gatherings, and sound healer training, empowering others to work with the alchemy of sound as a tool for deep healing and inner peace.
Chloe Langdale
Chloe is the founder of Studio Emba. She discovered Pilates in her teens after transitioning from high-impact workouts and quickly noticed how much better her body responded to low-impact, mindful movement. Since then, Pilates has been a consistent and essential part of her life.
With a background in intensive care nursing and a lifelong love of horse riding (with a few falls along the way), Chloe credits her pilates practice for keeping her strong, resilient, and grounded, both physically and mentally.
After facing the challenges of the 2020 pandemic on the frontlines, she felt a powerful shift toward prevention and holistic health. In 2021, she became certified with STOTT Pilates and has since pursued advanced training with a focus on reformer, barre, pilates for osteoporosis, pre and postnatal exercise, and is currently completing a women’s health certification.
Chloe is passionate about teaching and finds joy in watching her clients grow stronger, more confident, and fall in love with Pilates. Her mission is to make this transformative practice accessible to more people, helping them move better, feel better, and live healthier lives.
