Meet your hosts Joanna & Tia:
Reiki is a safe and gentle healing technique that brings balance and harmony to the body, mind and spirit, releasing blockages throughout the body. When our energy centers are blocked or imbalanced can be manifested in our emotional or physical bodies as disease, illness and stress.
A soundbath journey that will gently guide you to a state of deep relaxation, giving you the space to connect to self and set your intention to carry you through the month. The vibrations from the instruments make their way through your the body giving you the clariety, focus and resilience to commit to the intention you want to focus on to carry you through this busy festive period.
Our intention is for you to leave feeling calm, centered and being able approach the rest of the month intentionally.
