Welcome to the Autumn Equinox Sound Bath!

Join us at St Peter’s Church for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Let the soothing sounds wash over you as you find balance and harmony this autumn season.

Amy will guide you through a journey of sound frequencies, helping you release stress and tension. Instruments include Gong, Drum, Crystal/Tibetan bowls, Chimes, Flute and many more. This event is the perfect way to welcome the changing of the seasons and connect with yourself.

Come as you are and immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of the sound bath and enjoy a herbal tea afterwards. No experience necessary, just bring an open heart and mind. We can't wait to see you there!
