About this event

Health • Personal health

The Autumn Equinox arrives as a sacred pause, where day and night stand in perfect balance. It is a time to honor the harvest of our efforts, to give thanks for abundance, and to gently release anything weighing heavy on us. As the light begins to wane and the darkness deepens, we are invited inward into reflection, renewal, and trust in the natural cycles of death and rebirth.

You’ll snuggle into your warm and cosy haven at the Seven Sisters Sanctuary and be immersed in a nurturing sound journey combining binaural beats, ambient soundscapes, and nature sounds with a rich tapestry of instruments. Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, a monochord, buffalo drum, steel tongue drum, and voice. Gentle waves of vibration and resonance will guide you into a state of deep stillness and expansion, supporting the release of emotional and physical tension while creating space for clarity, creativity, and compassion to flow.

These sessions are designed to activate your parasympathetic nervous system, release emotional blocks, and harmonise body, mind, and spirit. In this sacred space, you’ll have the opportunity to reconnect with your inner wisdom, access altered states of awareness, and experience both subtle and profound energetic shifts.

Embrace the transformative power of sound beneath this rare cosmic alignment, and leave with a renewed sense of clarity, connection, and well-being.
