Autumn Equinox Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra Sound Bath Meditation

An evening of restorative yoga and a guided Yoga Nidra soundbath to bring your whole system into deep calm and renewal. Tibetan bowls, crystal triangle, koshi chimes, wave drum and rain stick will surround you in healing and rejuvenating sound.

This practice is floor-based, so you’ll need to be comfortable getting up and down from a mat. For safety, soundbaths are not recommended during early pregnancy, for epilepsy, or for certain sound-sensitive conditions.

No previous experience needed – simply come as you are.
