About this event
As the leaves begin to fall, we’re invited to do the same — to let go of what no longer serves us and make space for clarity, calm and inner alignment.
This is our third retreat of the year and the best one yet! Autumn Falls is a one-day transformational retreat designed to guide you through the journey of releasing with intention.
This retreat is your opportunity to slow down, reflect and reconnect with yourself in a warm, nurturing space. Through intentional movement, reflective coaching, nourishing food and soothing sound healing, you’ll gently release the weight of expectations, emotional build-up and mental noise.
This is not about doing more. It’s about doing less, more meaningfully.
✨ What are you carrying that you're ready to put down?✨ What parts of yourself are asking to be honoured?✨ What would it feel like to enter winter with only what truly matters?
Come as you are — leave lighter, clearer, and more connected.
