Join us for a free online reflective space (10:00–12:00 +optional 30mins sharing circle, via Teams) to gently pause, journal, and realign with what matters as the season turns. This isn’t about doing more; it’s about doing less—more meaningfully.
What we’ll do:
- Arrive & exhale: brief breath-based drop-in
- Seasonal framing: what autumn invites us to release
- Guided journaling: reflective prompts to let go and realign
- At-home release ritual: simple, symbolic practice you can do safely where you are
- Optional sharing: space to speak or sit in quiet presence
- Closing intention: “From today forward…”
What to bring:
Your favourite journal + pen, a warm drink, and one small item for a home release ritual (e.g., a leaf, a small piece of paper to tear, a bowl of water/salt). Candle or warm blanket, anything that will help make you more comfortable.
Please note: For the psycholgical saftey of all who attend, we will ask for cameras to be on during during the session.
