Autumn Fest 2021 - Foraging with Jesper Launder 12.30 - 1.50

Jesper Launder has been collecting plants and mushrooms from the wild for use as foods for more than 25 years and has been sharing his knowledge with the public on wild food and herbal medicine walks for more than five years.

This foraging walk will be an opportunity to learn about the bounty of our local area in a fun and educational way, as opposed to aiming for all participants to go home with a full basket. It will take place in Hodgemoor Woods at the edge of Seer Green. Appropriate footwear and waterproof clothing (if necessary) should be worn, and it is perhaps not a suitable excursion for those who might be frail or unsteady on uneven ground.

Places are strictly limited, and therefore early booking is advised. There are three walks running on Saturday 16th October, please check carefully that you have chosen the correct time before booking.

We are running these walks on a donation basis, with £5 per person as the suggested minimum. If there is any surplus after covering the cost of the event, it will be used to continue the work of Seer Green Gardeners in the community.

Please note that at present there is a glitch in the system that means you can only buy one ticket at a time. We are really sorry about this. If you need more than one, you will need to purchase the others separately.
