About this event
Following on from our sold-out spring foraging event Sophie Cropley is back at The Wellderness. From our base at Furzefield, Sophie will lead us on a guided walk through Sussex woodland in the Southdown National Park. You will learn to identify and pick wild edibles before returning to the campfire for a wild lunch. After lunch, Sophie will show you how to create delicious, foraged recipes.
This event is limited to 10 spaces to give our guests an interactive experience and includes an optional overnight camp.

1400 Make some delicious, foraged recipes.

Timings are approximate and subject to change.
If you are looking to make a weekend of it and continue the conversation around the campfire there is optional camping for the Saturday night.
You will need to bring weather appropriate clothing, sturdy shoes plus water and snacks.
Please note: This workshop is for 14 years and upwards.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations received up to (and including) 7 days prior to the event will be refunded except for the Eventbrite fee which is non-refundable.
For cancellations received less than 7 days before the event there will be no refund
In some cases we may be able to offer a transfer to a future event. If you would like more information regarding this, please contact events@thewellderness.org.uk prior to cancellation
