Autumn foraging wander & natural wellbeing workshop

Join us at Fletcher Moss Gardens in Didsbury, Manchester for a day filled exploring nature's bounty.

Not one but two expert guides will lead you on a foraging wander through where you'll discover a variety of wild and medicinal plants and fungi 🍄

Learn about the benefits of these edible treasures, how to safely identify them and create your own wellbeing remedies.

After building up an appetite you can enjoy a seasonal wild food inspired lunch before creating your own wild remedies to take home. We will focus on creating mushroom salts, powders, chocolates and tinctures.

This is a unique opportunity to connect with nature and expand your knowledge of wild ingredients with two professional foragers & members of the association of foragers.
