Is this a networking event?

Yes, but not as you know it. You won't find a bunch of suits, a stuffy room or awkward conversations. Networking gets a bad rep, but just think of it as chatting with like-minded agency folk in a relaxed environment. Add to this a fast-paced day with interactive sessions and yummy food too!

What does the price include?

Private room hire, service charge of 12.5% (as we're in central London!), venue staff, session guides, food and drink, plus access to Story Cube (worth £250).

Can I get a refund if I can't attend?

Our refund policy for each event is stated in the description. In most cases we stick to this, but we will consider extenuating circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Email michael@thehouselondon.com for more info.

What are the policies for food allergies and dietary requirements?

If food and drink are provided as part of the event, you will have the opportunity to highlight your requirements at the time of booking. We ask that you also make sure the venue is aware of any specific needs on the day and ask the host or the venue staff if you have any questions.

What's the dress code?

This is an event for agency directors and senior leaders. Therefore it's a business event, but we're a relaxed bunch, so come as you feel comfortable, especially when the weather is hot!

How do the ticket "batches" work?
