If you have a lots of going on in your life and feel a bit lost, craving for some relaxing time and creativity, join me online for an hour of journaling, mindful breathing, drawing and lettering, each Friday for 6 weeks.

Over the 6 weeks we will explore benefits of journaling, how to relax and start pocket journal and develop habit of creative art journaling. Each week I will use different art journaling technique.

Who is this class for:

Anyone who would like to get creative in their journals and use different creative techniques while slowing down, appreciating present moments and reconnecting to self.

Declutter you mind and balance your body and soul.

What material do I need to get started:

Over the 6 weeks (1hour a week on Fridays 7:30 - 8:30 PM GMT) we will be exploring different media - acrylics, watercolours, distress inks etc, but it is up to you which medium you would like to use and have fun with.​

Apart from journaling techniques, each week we will explore one self-care topic:

Week 1 - Dismantle your old beliefs and let go of things that no longer serve you

Week 2 - Create a new habit and rituals

Week 3 - Gratitude and Beliefs

Week 4 - Learn more about yourself

Week 5 - Dreams, Goals and Little Victories

Week 6 - Create a vision board for the new year

All sessions will be recorded so you can watch them again. You will also gain an access to Wellbeing Journaling Facebook Group for accountability and higher chance to build journaling routine over the 6 weeks.
