As a registered nutritionst with over 22 years in the industry, I'll be sharing my expertise whilst I rustle up some simple, delicious, nutritious and restorative food. You can pick my brains whilst sipping on a cuppa and tucking in to 3 delicious meals. Think Saturday Kitchen without the cameras!
