Under the luminous glow of the Autumn Moon, traditionally celebrated in the East as the Full Moon of gratitude and togetherness, we gather to pause, soften, and honour the light within us. This year’s Autumn Moon is also a Harvest Supermoon, appearing at its brightest and fullest, offering a powerful moment to slow down, rest deeply and cultivate both self-compassion and gratitude for the seasons that have passed.
The evening begins with a quiet meditation to guide you inward, followed by an oracle card ritual and soulful journalling to open space for reflection. There will be time for mindful sharing, always with the freedom to simply listen and receive.
We then move into a restorative yoga immersion, supported by bolsters and blankets. In this restful and comfortable practice, the body softens, the mind unwinds and the heart remembers its own light. Gentle sounds of singing bowls will weave through the space, creating a field of stillness and belonging.
Benefits:
- Deep rest for body, mind, and heart
- Spaciousness for reflection and gratitude
- A deeper sense of self-compassion and belonging through collective practice
- Leaving with a calmer heart and a lighter spirit
This will be a small group gathering, held with warmth and care, where the power of collective practice supports each of us in remembering what is already within. All are welcome. No experience is needed, just come as you are.

- Comfortable layers and warm socks to feel cosy and at ease
- A notebook and pen for journalling
- An open heart and a willingness to unwind
