Autumn Moon Women’s Circle: Gratitude, Self-Compassion & Restorative Yoga

Under the luminous glow of the Autumn Moon, traditionally honoured in the East as a time of gratitude and togetherness, we gather to pause, soften and reconnect with the light within. This year’s Autumn Moon is also a Harvest Supermoon, its brightest and fullest, offering a powerful moment to slow down, rest deeply and cultivate gratitude and self compassion.

What to expect

The evening opens with a quiet meditation to guide you inward, followed by an oracle card ritual and soulful journaling to invite reflection. There will be space for mindful sharing, with the freedom to simply listen and receive.

We then move into a restorative yoga immersion, supported by bolsters and blankets. This restful practice allows the body to soften, the mind to unwind and the heart to remember its own light. Gentle sounds of singing bowls will weave through the space, creating a sense of stillness, belonging and collective practice.

What to bring

  • Comfortable layers and warm socks
  • A notebook and pen for journaling
  • An open heart and willingness to unwind

Benefits

  • Deep rest for body, mind and heart
  • Spaciousness for reflection, mindfulness and gratitude
  • A deeper sense of self compassion and belonging through women’s circle practice
  • Leaving with a calmer heart and lighter spirit

This is a small group gathering, held with warmth and care. No experience is needed, simply come as you are.
