Pause with us to reflect and harvest inspired by Autumn's purpose and qualities.

About this event

Come and join us, Liz and Doug, at our Autumn Reflection event.

This workshop is spacious pause to reflect creatively on the metaphorical gifts of autumn as we pickle and preserve our own harvest and prepare for the winter ahead. Autumn is a time of harvest as well as a time to clear, prune and slow down as we make room in our lives for new growth. It is a time to prepare our winter store cupboard to support, delight, and sustain us as we move forward into the new year.

Each season has its own special purpose and energy. Every season also connects with our human rhythm of life. And every season is unique to it's particular year. Each season in turn prepares us for the next season and takes it's lead from the previous season. It's important that we slow down in teh busy-ness to reflect on what this season is bringing us, challenges and gifts and to make the most of it's harvest.

Please join us with a pen, paper, some crayons and a cup of something lovely and warming!

If you missed our previous reflection sessions, here is what some participants said:

Thank you, Doug and Liz, for a wonderfully reflective and rich session, beautiful, heartily recommend to anyone who can make the next one!

It was beautiful - an autumnal golden hour. Thank you. Such a lovely start to the day. · I loved it! What a beautiful space you guys created, many many thanks.

It was great. Just what I needed.

Thanks for such a wonderful session. It was good to make time to reflect on the last year and to think about the things that will nourish and sustain me through winter and beyond. You complement each other well and created a warm cosy atmosphere - we could have been gathered round a winter's fire.
