Join us for an afternoon of immersive afternoon of deep relaxation and inner connection through the combined practice of Mindful Body Meditation and a restorative Sound Bath.
We’ll begin with a guided Mindful Body Meditation — a gentle, embodied practice that invites you to release tension, reconnect with your senses, and ground yourself in the present moment. This practice blends stillness and subtle movement, breath awareness, and emotional attunement, allowing you to meet yourself exactly as you are.
Following the meditation, you’ll be bathed in the soothing vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls & chimes. The sound frequencies help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and open the heart, leaving you in a state of deep peace and renewal.
