Welcome to AUTUMN RESET IN 3 with Pablo Hernandez
A one-of-a-kind workshop designed to uplift, recharge and reset.
This special event weaves together three powerful practice: Rocketbeats Yoga + Breathwork + Sound
1. Rocketbeats : A breath based dynamic yoga practice which has evolved to incorporate a number of styles of yoga and movement. Expect a playful and fun flow accessible for all levels
2. Breathwork: We will be practicing Conscious Connected Breath, a breathing technique in which the breather intentionally connects the inhale with the exhale without any pauses. By engaging in a rhythmic and conscious breathing pattern, this technique helps you enter a state of flow, where your mind and body can release pent-up emotions, stress, and tension.
3. Sound Bath: A deeply-immersive, full-body experience where you can feel the vibrations travel through your body bring you to a state of pure relaxation and recovery.
We’ll finish the session by sharing a nourishing homemade vegan meal, the perfect way to connect, reflect and savour the moment with those who shared the experience with you.
Please review the following logistics to ensure a smooth experience before you attend the workshop:
- We kindly ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of the class.
- Mats, bricks, bolsters, and blankets will be provided. However, feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
- It’s best to avoid arriving on a full stomach. We recommend eating your last meal at least two hours before the practice.
- A water fountain is available, so please bring your own water bottle to stay hydrated.
- After the Rocketbeats practice, you may feel sweaty.
- Consider bringing an extra T-shirt for your comfort during the breath and sound portion.
- As per description, we will provide a snack after the first practice, followed by a vegan meal after the second session. Please inform us in advance if you have any allergies.
- If you are managing any injuries or medical conditions, kindly let us know prior to the session. Additionally, if you have any heart or brain conditions (such as epilepsy or PTSD), or if you are pregnant or could be, please contact us before Saturday.
