8.45am Arrival, breakfast & tea / coffee

9.30am yoga & breathwork / intentions 

11.30am coastal walk and refreshments 

1.30pm Family style lunch (all dietaries catered for!) 

2.30pm Sound bath & relax time 

3.30pm Sweet treat and tea / coffee 

4.15pm Time to head home 

Things to bring; yoga mat, walking shoes, indoor shoes, layers of clothing.
