There is no better way to give yourself a break from the daily routine and reassess your life, than by engaging in a meditation retreat. Make time to visit deep peace and feel refreshed.
Everyone is welcome. This course is perfect for beginners and more experienced meditators.
The morning comprises two one-hour sessions with guided meditations and a practical talk from Buddha's teachings. With Resident Teacher and Buddhist nun Kelsang Malaya.
Each booking is per person and you are welcome to book for more than one person if you are sharing the class with someone in your household.
This course is for people who are living in and around Peterborough. This includes our branch classes at Boston, Crowland, Ely, Huntingdon, March, Spalding and Stamford and people in those areas. If this does not apply to you, then please contact us for details.
We are continually monitoring government advice and, should the situation change, and the course is held at the Centre we will email those who have already booked.
