Join us for a nourishing mini-retreat that invites you to slow down, reflect and settle into autumn.
Autumn Settling is the third mini-retreat in a series which aims to offer you space out of everyday life to reflect, rest and connect to the changing seasons, all inpired by our beloved Tooting Common.
Your host, Holly, will guide you through meditation practices and journalling with prompts and - weather permitting - there'll be an opportunity to get out onto the Common to take inspiration from nature.
We'll enjoy:
- Mindfulness and rest practices
- Journalling
- Gentle, meditative walking on Tooting's historic Common.
The event will take place in the Upper Hall of Woodfield Pavilion, a lovely community space. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided.
Please bring:
- Notepad and pen
- Comfy, cosy clothes, and your yoga mat if you have one (don't worry if you don't)
- Your keep-cup if you might like to take a tea out onto the Common with you
Your facilitator Rev. Holly Chetan-Welsh
