There’s nothing to fix or solve. No performance. No pressure. Just space — to breathe, to have a soft landing, and to feel more like yourself.
What to bring a cup of something you love and find nourishing. You'll also need something to write with and on, and a quiet corner to settle into. I recommend wearing clothing you feel really comfortable in too. And if you'd like an object that feels calming to you (this could be a crystal, a stone from the beach, or anything else that brings a sense of ease).
