As we move into Autumn, a season of transition and deeper self-reflection, you’ll be invited to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with yourself on a profound level.

Through somatic exploration, free movement, yin and restorative yoga, and meditation, we’ll work with the subtle energy body and the fascia—our body’s intricate web that weaves through every part of us. These practices offer powerful tools to dissolve stagnation, restore balance, and renew vitality across your physical, emotional, and energetic layers.

This beautiful, powerful offering is designed to inspire you, to awaken your curiosity, your sensitivity and courage to meet yourself exactly as you are. You will be guided on a journey into deep introspection, where our intention will be to turn inwards, to tune into our deepest selves and cultivate a powerful connection to spirit and our spiritual lives.

What is Fascia?

Fascia is the body’s connective tissue — a continuous web-like network made mostly of collagen that surrounds, supports, and weaves through every muscle, bone, organ, and nerve. You can imagine it like a living spider’s web, wrapping and interlinking everything inside of you, giving the body both structure and fluidity.

Far from being just a physical fabric, fascia is responsive and intelligent. It plays a vital role in movement, posture, and the way we experience and process tension or release. It also holds and transmits subtle energy, making it an important bridge between the physical and energetic body.
