Autumn Sound Healing Sessions: Autumn Stillness 17th Oct - Intro Offer £15
Overview
Sound Healing, Autumn Stillness - The Pavilion Alconbury Weald
As the seasons turn and autumn’s golden hues begin to settle, this immersive sound healing experience invites you to pause, release, and realign. “Coming Home” is a gentle return to yourself, to stillness, and to the rhythm of nature’s transition.
The session will begin with intention-setting and gentle breath work, leading into a deep sound immersion with alchemy crystal singing bowls designed to calm the nervous system and open space for clarity, reflection, and grounding.
You’ll leave feeling centered, nourished, and reconnected, ready to step into autumn’s quiet power with ease and gratitude.
