Yoga Mat
Blanket
Cushion/Pillow for your head if needed
Eye mask/eye pillow or similar item - a pair of clean socks do the trick!
Water
Journal or notepad
Any crystals you wish to charge
What to wear:
Think comfy clothes, fluffy socks, something you are going to feel comfy in and chill!
