About this event

Join us at The Pavilion, Graylingwell Park for our monthly rejuvenating Sound/Gong Bath.

Relax and rejuvenate with the sound of the gongs as we embrace the slowing, grounding energy of Autumn. We like the trees can let go of things that no longer serve us.

Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of chimes and gongs as you relax and unwind. It should help you feel a sense of calm and clarity. No experience necessary.

This afternoon retreat is the perfect opportunity to unwind, recharge, and reconnect with yourself.
