Event description

Description

We have regular sessions with Neuro-Physiotherapist and Pilates Instructor Sasha Baggaley on Mondays from 4-5pm at Christchurch Morningside (6a Morningside Road), Edinburgh.

Core stability is the foundation of Pilates. It aims to promote strength, stamina, balanced muscle development, flexibility and increased range of motion for the joints. As your core strength develops so does stability throughout your entire torso, which can help with some of the mobility and postural issues of PD. Additionally, reducing the effort placed on the body during everyday activities can help reduce fatigue levels.

Sessions are free. Booking is recommended as places are limited.

The Autumn Session runs for 7 weeks (28th August - 9th October 2017).

You are booking all 7 sessions - not individual weeks. (If you are unable to attend any, please let Sasha know, so she can offer a place that week to someone else).

(Note: Bookings are for a term, and you can only book one term at a time. The next term booking page will become available a couple of weeks before it’s due to start).

You do not have print off the tickets - we only use booking to ensure we don't have too many turn up when we have limited places.
