FAQs

Is there wheelchair/buggy access?

Southchurch Hall has very restricted access for wheelchairs and buggies. Wheelchairs are able to access the Great Hall from the rear of the building. As these events are generally busy and due to the small size of the building we would request buggies to be left outside.

Do I need to bring my printed ticket to the event?

If you do not have access to a printer, we will accept your ticket on your smartphone. If you are not able to hold your ticket on your phone, please make sure you have ID with you so we can find you on our Guest List.

What is your refund policy?

Ticket sales are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled.
