Create your Ultra Body with this full body bootcamp, breaking down 1 hour of exercise into manageable but intense circuits and you will be guaranteed to leave you feeling fit, leaner and healthier. Each week will be a new layout to keep each individual motivated and excited about the element of unknown and boredom prevention. The Bootcamp is run and designed by Jayne Nisbet: Commonwealth Games athlete and personal trainer based in Quorn and Loughborough. Jayne specialises in weight loss and body toning.
