Yoga Classes designed to guide and inspire you to change and improve your life

My intention is to spread the message of yoga into your inner being to help you to transform your life into an expression of wellbeing.
Starting from September I would like to systematically prepare you through the integration of both the theory and practice of yoga into your life.

Each person is a unity of body, mind, consciousness. Most of the modern systems tackle one of these and ignore the other aspects. It is with a holistic approach to yoga and life that I guide you on this journey to balance all the aspects of your unique being.

If your approach is sincere and you follow this program regularly the benefits will unfold themselves into all the different aspects of your life.

Yoga Wishes
During the last successful course, the yogis and yoginis of our community expressed the desire to develop more of these aspects:

Explore more yoga poses for strength, core, legs, hips
Improve coordination and be able to flow on the mat and in life with ease
Develop intuition
Improve balance
Happiness


What is new?
I will for sure incorporate all these wishes, plus I would like also to create more time to share yogic lifestyle principles to keep promoting health in body & mind.

In order to achieve this goal, I have decided to extend the class to 90 minutes!
I really would love to have the time to nourish you physically, mentally and emotionally.

The program for each class:
6.30 pm you will be greeted with herb tea in theme with the class of the day, soft music will help you to settle, I will invite you to relax with eye pillows and essential oils to shift the energy and prepare body & mind for your yoga practice
6.45 pm guidance about the theme of the class, set intention, connect with your breath to bring the mind in the present moment
6.45-7.45 pm Asana and Pranayama practise forward bending, backward bending, spinal twist, relaxation, balancing, inverted, breathing techniques, dynamic and static movements and a challenging pose to explore in stages.
Everyone has the opportunity to discover their own practice in both body and mind. Modifications will be given and any specific restrictions will be safely worked with.
7.45-8 pm Pre-meditation, Relaxation, Meditation

Claudia Russell from Nottingham City Council she really explained fabulous at the end of this video, my mission. I feel an immense sense of gratitude also for trainees of my training program for their testimonials. I am training a task force of kind compassionate, passionate people who will help me on this mission. Nottingham will become a model city of Wellbeing. :D

7 weeks course fee is £56, £10 drop in and pay
