Autumn naturally invites us to slow down and turn our attention inward. As the days get cooler and quieter, it’s the perfect time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.
Join us for an evening of gentle yoga and a soothing sound bath to support rest, balance, and inner calm. We'll begin with a slow, grounding yoga flow to release tension, followed by a deeply relaxing sound bath with Tibetan bowls, chimes, monochord and drum.
Afterwards, you are welcome to share with us herbal tea and healthy nibbles.
PLEASE NOTE
Arrive 15 minutes before the start of the event.
Please bring your yoga mat and a blanket to stay warm during the sound bath.
The body temperature drops when we are lying down, so please make sure that you can stay warm - for an ultimate relaxing expereince we recommend you to bring a blanket, pillow, warm clothes, eye mask, or anything else you need to be really comfortabe during the sound bath.
We look forward to having you again.
