About this event
Welcome to AUTUMNAL FOREST BATHING!
Join us at Arnside Knott - National Trust on September 27, 2025 at 10:30 AM (Europe/London Timezone) for a rejuvenating experience in nature.
🌳 Immerse yourself in the beauty of the autumnal woodlands, breathe in the crisp air, and let the serene surroundings relax your mind and body.
No technology, just you and Nature.
Shinrin Yoku is Forest Bathing, this means bathing your senses in the atmosphere of the forest, the woodland.
This isn’t walking the dog, hiking, or cycling in nature — it’s something deeper.
Forest Bathing is a guided, mindful practice that helps you release stress, calm your mind, and reconnect with yourself, others, and the Earth.
Don't miss this opportunity to unwind and connect with nature.
Read on for more information and any questions at all, please send me a message.
See you there!

"I cannot recommend a day in the forest led by lovely Delyth highly enough.
Time to slow everything right down and connect to yourself through nature.
Time to reflect. To awaken your senses. To be at One with the forest, Mother Nature. Time to open your eyes. No distractions. No rush. No pressure.
Delyth creates a safe and nurturing space, intuitively she guides you. The whole experience is just bliss." Carly.
WHAT IS FOREST BATHING?
Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing), is a sensory practice of slowing down, connecting with nature, and returning to presence.
This beautiful practice originated in Japan in the 1980s and has spread across the Earth and is becoming more well known after being on TV in recent years.
Forest Bathing gently supports the body, mind, and heart by inviting you to be - without pressure, without expectation.
This practice is grounded in nervous system regulation, gentle embodiment and nature connection.
It’s included in addiction recovery centres and mental health programmes worldwide to support emotional and physical wellbeing.
WHAT YOU MAY EXPERIENCE
Just one session can support you in feeling:
• More grounded, calm, and present
• A release of emotional tension or stress
• Reduced anxiety and rumination
• A shift from ‘doing’ into ‘being’
• Connection with others and with yourself
• A deeper sense of belonging
This is because your cortisol levels drop (long term stress hormone) and NK Cells increase (strengthening your immune system), your vagus nerve is toned and you naturally come into rest and digest (moving out of fight and flight).
The benefits of ONE SESSION lasts ONE WEEK.
Do this every week and your mind and body comes into more balance, this is why a 6 week course can be immensely healing for whole human.
Please contact me directly about Courses or if you would like a 1:1 or private group session.
