Ready to discover what’s new in your local John Lewis this Autumn/Winter?

Join us for an exciting showcase event, where our partners will showcase all the latest and greatest products from our new season collection.

Expect fashion advice for the cooler months, inspiring home picks, beauty tips and the latest tech.

After the event, you'll have the opportunity to speak with our stylists and book a one-on-one appointment tailored to your style.

Whether you're coming by yourself or with a group, we look forward to welcoming you to our event.

Tickets are £10 and can be redeemed against purchases on the day. You'll be welcomed by our host with a complimentary glass of fizz on arrival (Non alcoholic alternatives will be available).

Joining an in-store event

Please arrive at the store at least 10 minutes before the start of the session and make your way to The Space on Floor 2, as detailed in your confirmation email. Please bring your ticket with you, either printed or on your phone, and your My John Lewis card or app for ticket redemption.

  • All of our events are exclusive to My John Lewis members. As a member you are also welcome to book additional tickets for friends and family to attend with you. If you're not a member, it's easy to join.

John Lewis & Partners, Newcastle offers four floors of the best in beauty, fashion, homewares and technology alongside The Place to Eat on Floor 2 and ORI Caffe on Floor 1. A bureau de change is also available. The Beauty Retreat offers treatments for brows and lashes, as well as waxing, tanning, make-up, facials and massages. Situated on the ground level, you can browse the extensive Beauty Hall after your treatment where you can choose from the latest brands in beauty and make-up such as NARS, Dior and Bobbi Brown. You can also treat yourself to the Personal Stylist service, where a stylist will give you expert advice in the comfort of their luxurious advisory suite. Similarly, if it’s your home that needs a bit of a makeover, Partners will offer style advice, whether it’s a particular room that needs a refresh, or the entire home.
