About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes
  • ALL AGES

Move your body. Clear your mind. Nourish your spirit.

Step into an evening curated for the modern wellness seeker—where music, movement, and mindfulness come together in a one-of-a-kind experience designed to elevate and restore.

Part One: Ecstatic Dance Journey

Let go of the day and drop into embodied freedom. Guided by an intentional music set blending tribal rhythms, soulful beats, and deep bass, you’ll move through emotional landscapes—liberating stuck energy and reconnecting with your joy.

There are no choreography or mirrors—just movement as medicine in a container of safety, freedom, and expression.

Part Two: Restorative Sound Bath

After dancing, allow your body to integrate the experience with a deeply immersive sound bath. Crystal bowls, chimes, percussions, and subtle ambient tones will guide you into a nervous-system reset, aligning your energy and activating deep calm and clarity.

This Experience is For You If You Crave:

  • A high-quality, mindful alternative to nightlife
  • Holistic wellness with spiritual depth
  • A sacred space to release, reconnect, and recalibrate
  • Elevated community, meaningful connection
  • A full-body reset that’s both luxurious and grounding

What To Bring:

  • Yoga mat, blanket, or cushion
  • Comfortable clothing (layered is ideal)
  • Water bottle or herbal drink
  • Optional: journal for reflections

Lastly, there are lots of off street parking and parking lots.

I love empowering womxn of colour to surpass their own standards of excellence but I was frustrated by the glass ceiling effect holding hard working women back from being trailblazers due to their skin colour and gender. I help womxn to be fully seen, empowered and purposeful without compromising who they truly are through courses, meditation classes and workshops.
