Are there any advantages to paying in full?

Yes! Paying in full is a big commitment and it's important to us to acknowledge this. Anyone who decides to pay in full with benefit from a full payment discount of £100. This can be used in conjunction with the early bird bonus, reducing the investment by a further £100 if booked before 15/5/25.

What are the entry requirements?

This training welcomes individuals from diverse backgrounds with no specific qualifications required.

An inherent curiosity and passion for energy healing, an ability to relate to people with sensitivity and a commitment to fully engage with the programme are all you need!

Question 3

How do the optional online sessions work?

Accepted Answer

Each month, we'll announce a list of additional dates when you can join online group self-healing/healing sessions and energy healing meditation sessions. There will be a variety of day and evening slots so everyone gets chance to benefit. If you can't attend live, there will be a recording.

How will the community connect with each other between sessions?

When the group begins in September, you'll be invited to join a private online community which will be set up on Mighty Networks, so it's away from social media. This is where you can share experiences, support each other and ask questions.

What do I need to bring to the in-person training days?

Accepted Answer

You'll only need to bring yourself, a packed lunch to fuel you through the day and a  journal to record your experiences. We'll provide light refreshments.

Who is teaching the course?

The course is being taught by Helen Mantell, an award-winning professional energy healer, hypnotherapist and Reiki Master-Teacher with 20 years experience in the field.

She's trained with some of the world's most respected teachers and has taught hundreds of students over the last decade.

Question 7

I've done Reiki training before, can I still do this programme?

This is something we are asked a lot and the answer is yes! Although Reiki is part of this training, our programme goes so much deeper than training than Reiki alone. In fact, the programme often attracts people who have done reiki before and who wish to take their healing skills to a deeper level.

Will there be training materials?

Yes, each month you'll be given a comprehensive manual covering that month's topics to support your training. Additional videos will also be posted in the private online community learning group.

Do you offer refunds?

Accepted Answer

No.

Sadly, due to the costs of securing the venue and producing teaching materials, we're unable to offer refunds or transfer payments to future courses.

Question 10

Do I have to complete the payment plan if I don't finish the training?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you choose to pay by payment plan you are required to complete your payments, even if you don't finish the training. This allows us to continue offering affordable, interest free plans to everyone. By paying your deposit, you agree to these terms.

Is your venue accessible?

Yes, the venue where we hold in-person training is fully accessible. If you have any additional needs and would like extra support with any aspect of accessibility, let us know and we'll be happy to help.

Is this training suitable for everyone?

Accepted Answer

Whilst this training is suitable for most people, if you are experiencing an untreated mental health issue such as severe anxiety or depression, PTSD, or have a history of psychosis, this course may not be suitable for you. You can contact us in complete confidence if you have any concerns.

When are your online sessions?

Online sessions are held on the 1st Wednesday of the month at 7.15pm, and the 3rd Thursday of the month at 11am. These sessions are designed to give you extra support and grounding in your psychic energy healing journey. If you can't make a live session, recordings will be available.

Question 15

Who is the course accredited by?

Accepted Answer

The course is fully accredited by IPHM. Once qualified, you will be able to register with them as an accredited practitioner and obtain professional indemnity insurance.

Question 16

Will I be able to get insurance to practice?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Graduates of this training programme are eligible to apply for professional indemnity insurance through Westminster Insurance. If you wish to apply for insurance through another provider, you are advised to check eligibility with them before beginning the course.

How will course participants connect between sessions?

Is there a payment plan available?

Yes! 
Early bird payment plan - save £100 if you book before 15th June 2025: £795 (deposit of £95 + 9 x £77.78).

Standard payment plan: £895 (deposit of £95 + 9 x £88.89, starting September 1st).
PayPal Pay in 3 also available if you choose the 'full payment' option.

Is there any benefit to paying in full?

Yes! You can save up to £200 if you choose to pay in full. Early bird offer - If you choose to pay in full before 15th June 2025, you’ll save up to £200 compared to the full payment plan price. If you choose to pay in full after 15th June, you'll save £100 on the full payment plan price.

Is this course suitable for everyone?

Accepted Answer

Sadly not. Because of the depth of this work, if you are currently experiencing acute distress, feeling emotionally ungrounded, or navigating a mental health crisis or untreated trauma, this programme may not be suitable. If you have any concerns, please get in touch before booking.
