With a career spanning over two decades in employment support, advice and guidance and small business management, I bring a deep understanding of what it means to support people through meaningful transitions. In 2017, I retrained as a mindfulness teacher and in 2018 qualified as a performance and NLP coach—combining practical coaching strategies with tools for inner balance and calm.

I help individuals navigate change, reduce overwhelm, and reconnect with a sense of purpose in a fast-paced world. My approach blends professional insight with a grounded, compassionate presence.

I’m a passionate lover of nature and the UK’s inland waterways. I’m also a qualified skipper, boat mover, and instructor—believing that time on the water offers some of the most profound lessons in stillness, presence and an antidote to today’s fast paced world. I am often bringing these areas of my life together to offer others a unique way of stepping out of the daily grind and busyness to find some presence and peace.

Do I need to bring anything to the event?

You are welcome to bring water, cushions and anything that will increase your comfort. Yoga matts, blankets, snd eye pillows are supplied at the event.
