Awaken your Resilience!
A four week foundation course for parents
Starts: Tues 27th September
Would you like to be able to experience more ease and clarity of mind regardless of what’s happening around you?
Would you like to discover a fresh perspective on understanding stress, anxiety and overwhelm?
This course will introduce you to a simple and profound logic that explains how our experience, and that of our children, is created on a moment by moment basis. As we gain insight into the actual source of our experience, our relationship to life becomes simplified and we are able to access our innate capacity for resilience and wellbeing.
The benefits for us as parents are that we find more ease and connection in our relationships, less reactivity, and an ability to be more present and comfortable in each moment. We discover a capacity to navigate life with a sense of groundedness and an ability uncover solutions for problems in a completely different way.
Some week's sessions will be co facilitated by myself and invited colleagues who have also experienced transformational change for themselves and their families.
There will be no techniques to remember or strategies to try out. You won’t be expected to share your current struggles or past with others. We will create a small, secure and supportive group where I will share a foundational logic that will help you to make sense of your experience, and that of your children, on an ongoing basis. All you need to bring is your curiosity!
