Are you ready to awaken your consciousness and activate your fullest potential?
You may well think that you have just one body, but in fact we have 10 bodies that are made up of different levels of energy. Obviously, we all know we have a physical body; we can see it, touch it, and feel it but we also have other bodies that are equally real, if not more so.
As yogis we learn that in addition to the Western way of looking at anatomy, there is also a more subtle, energetic level to our bodies and existence. Yogis know that in addition to our physical bodies, we each have three mental bodies (negative mind; positive mind and neutral mind) and six energy bodies (soul body, arc line, auric body, pranic body, subtle body and radiant body).
You can visualize your ten bodies as layers of clothing, the physical body being the overcoat you wear for a lifetime.
Over the next 11 weeks we are going to focus on balancing our Ten Bodies. Beginning in Week 1 with a Kriya to Awaken the Ten Bodies, I will then go on each week to introduce you to each of our ten bodies where we will work on balancing a specific body from number 1 (Soul Body) through to number 10 (our Radiant Body).
When all ten bodies are energetically balanced it impacts our consciousness and awakens us to the Universal creative energy in the world. By balancing our Ten Bodies we will soon discover that the whole Universe is in balance alongside us. I look forward to sharing the journey with you.
About the teacher
Dr. Rosie Andrious is passionate about supporting people to overcome challenges and struggles. Rosie is a Wellness Coach who works with individuals and organisations equipping them with the tools to develop resilience and a capacity to better handle pressure at work and in their personal lives. Rosie believes in ‘whole wellness’ which means caring for people’s mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing. This eventually led Rosie to the path of Kundalini Yoga where she trained as a Kundalini Yoga teacher with Shiv Charan Singh.
The intention of these KY classes is to bring us together as a community, introduce new people to the wonders of Kundalini Yoga and raise funds for and the profile of GRDP’s invaluable work
