Walking is good for cardiovascular health and whether you are in the countryside or an urban area there are small details that can give you a feeling of awe. During lockdown it is also an opportunity to meet up with another person for some exercise.

(Aweful is one of the orginal spellings of awful and at that time it was used to mean "full of awe". It was defined as "inspiring awe; highly impressive". Today we would probably use the word awesome. Words change over time but the benefits of walking and of feeling awe remain the same!)
