What is the application process for the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner?

Register your interest by signing up on Eventbrite. A member of the team will contact you by telephone within 2 working days to assess your eligibility for AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner. If deemed eligible, you will be required to complete a 10min application form to secure your place.

Question 2

Am I eligible to have my tuition fees paid?

Accepted Answer

You may be eligible for full funding if you live in Wales. You will need to be able to prove your Welsh residential address and Right to Work in the UK. You can check your eligibility at https://rb.gy/5ti9c

Question 3

How long will it take for my application to be approved?

Accepted Answer

You could have your application approved within the same day so long as respond to our communications. If you work full-time or have limited availability, please allow 5 working days for your application to be completed and reviewed.

Question 4

Can I get help with my travel expenses or childcare?

Accepted Answer

It may be possible to get financial support towards travel and childcare costs. You must be able to evidence a financial need and you will have to provide receipts for all expenses. Funding is limited so you should apply as soon as possible if you meet the criteria.

Question 5

What happens if I am not eligible for funding?

Accepted Answer

If you are not eligible for funding you may be offered alternative training programmes for which you may be eligible. If this is not possible, you may be offered the training in exchange for a tuition fee. Bitesize payments are available.

Question 6

Will I receive a recognised qualification?

Accepted Answer

You will have the option to complete a recognised qualification in AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (exam fees included). You must attend the sessions and complete any assignments or projects as requested by your tutor.

Question 7

Is this programme available online?

Accepted Answer

This programme is available in a hybrid format. You must agree with your Tutor in advance of sessions, when you plan to attend in person and online. Some sessions may require you to attend in person unless that is not possible.

Question 8

What happens if I can no longer attend the programme?

Accepted Answer

You should notify us as soon as possible if you are no longer able to attend the programme delivery dates. We will endeavour to secure you a place on the next available programme. You may not be given another place if you cancel at short notice (within 72 hours).
