Ayo Adenekan: Black Mediocrity
Ayo Adenekan makes his highly anticipated Fringe debut with a hilarious and heartfelt show about growing up in Scotland. With sharp storytelling and a laid-back charm, Ayo explores identity, belonging and the awkward moments in between.
Already making waves on the Scottish comedy scene, he’s been featured in The National and has provided tour support for Sarah Keyworth, Olga Koch and Amy Matthews.

The room as you can see is intimate, so we always recommend advance booking here. Early arrival recommended to sample the best cocktails in Edinburgh!
⌚The bar opens at 4pm, and is open until normal closing time after the show
⏲️Show will last approximately 60 minutes starting at the advertised time. Entry will be 10 minutes beforehand.
🍺No breaks scheduled during the show, but you are welcome to leave for refreshements and return to room.
