Join me for a Bootcamp starting on Saturday 4 March.
This class is suitable for complete beginners, if you have put some pounds on do not know how to loose it or make friends and become healthier and fitter with a group of like-minded people who want to improve their fitness.
All exercises during the sessions will be adapted to the individual where required – no one will be forced to do anything they are not comfortable with!
